Due to a very high demand for staff, we have identified the need for a talented recruiter to assist Code Resources in identifying and appointing talent for our clients operating within the Built Environment.

We would like to speak to recruiters who can demonstrate clear success in the sourcing and selecting of staff. Ideally for the level of staff that we source, you will have gained a minimum of two years experience in sourcing staff.

In return for your success in sourcing staff, we can offer a scheme which will pay between 40 - 50% of fees generated.

The role would include the following responsibilities

Identify appropriately skilled/experienced candidates.
Create shortlists.
Conduct detailed reference calls.
Make educated approaches.
Interview candidates - both face to face, and via extensive telephone conversations.
Prepare candidates for interviews, including coaching interview techniques.
Conduct post interview discussions
