12 REASONS WHY WE SHOULD BOYCOTT SAN MIGUEL?
(to end the 12 years of Sumilao Farmers' suffering)

Because:

It continues to OPPRESS the poor SUMILAO farmers.
It LIED when it said they have fully developed the entire 144 hectares when IN FACT, they have developed only less than 55 hectares.
Who else can be behind (envelopmental) journalists like Mon Tulfo, Emil Jurado, Conrado Banal, Ducky Paredes etc who attack the CLEAN and NOBLE cause of sumilao farmers. They even have the same set of mistakes like citing 65 hectares of the carlos estate when it is 66 hectares guys! (Don’t just copy the SMC press release with the dough, try the free google power then you will see the truth that is already known PUBLICLY).
The attention-deviating tactic of focusing on church landholdings is the works of SMC’s Corporate Affairs Office. Attention: Mr. Mon Santiago, a Malacanang official exposed this tactic of your office. We even saved the text message from a high ranking Malacanang official so don’t ever dare us! Where did you learn your logic? Haven’t you heard of the RED HERRING fallacy? Go back to school, don’t jump into development without knowing the basics of logic, otherwise you’ll illogically pursue development (which you’re already doing).
FALSELY accused the farmers as people who are disqualified because they are not landless. Why can’t SMC capitalize on the ex-DAR official they hired and go to the basics of Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Law that says that anyone with less than 3 hectares is LANDLESS, Stupid! The 66 (yes 66, not 65) hectares from Carlos estate was divided by 78 families. That’s simple math, hope you can hack that the same way you compute the billions you earn.
Promotes development on the PREMISE of INJUSTICE! So, just because they’ve created structures, they can just grab the land that is technically, morally and ancestrally owned by the higaonons? If this is a simple question of optimal returns, I can assure SMC Top Management that I can come up with a better use of their Ortigas Head Office Complex with multiple returns not only to them but to the entire country. That is, if it is just a contest of optimal returns and not a BASIC, SIMPLE QUESTION of WHO REALLY OWNS THE LAND?
PRACTICAL MONOPOLY means PRACTICAL CONTROL of our country. So why can’t GMA pursue the revocation order that it has issued in favour of the farmers? One word answers everything: Cojuangco.
Goliath has hired another David to fight the Sumilao Davids in the person of Jesus Arranza who happens to be one of the board of directors of the Cojuangco-owned UCPB. Just type in Arranza and UCPB in your google and you will see several articles. Who else would regularly pursue the issue and publish several statements against the Sumilao and even against the most esteemed Fr. Joaquin Bernas, SJ (notice the highly-respected did not “make patol” arranza’s arguments too way below Fr. Bernas’ league).
Continues to CEMENT prime agricultural land of sumilao. When farmers were winning the public’s sentiment especially when it the revocation order was issued, SMC RUSHED the constructions thereby destroying fertile land with irrigation.
HIDING facts like the deed of sale which clearly shows that the purchase of the 144 hectares from sumilao was done in BAD FAITH.
GUILTY of several UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES which will be exposed in the coming days like forcing dealers to accept deliveries and hoarding them in warehouses just to report robust sales!
Uses the land for PIGS instead of INDIGENOUS PEOPLES.
