Twilight the Movie... comment ko

(sorry. hindi ko alam kung san ko dapat toh ilalagay eh, so i decided to just put it here kasi anything goes naman to eh..gusto ko lang ilabas ang sama ng loob ko)

hindi ko alam kung bakit andaming naenganyo sa twilight e nakakafrustrate naman ito..is it because of Edward? hmm..

anyways, ugali ko kasi na basahin ko muna yung book before watching the movie..pero hindi naman lahat..so i read the book first, maxado akong excited..i was expecting of a lot of things.. sa first part, maganda.. ok..but then, nung mejo malayolayo na ang narating ko (wuhehe), i realized na there's something missing or it lacks something..so i continued reading it to decipher what it lacks..hhmm..well,i really didn't expect that that book would be more about love.. immortal-mortal love story..typical..nyehehe
pero aaminin ko, kinilig ako sa ibang parts at natawa rin..but i wasn't really entertained..i wonder..

well, there's really nothing "extra ordinary" about bella (in my own opinion ok?).. well edward definitely is someone.. he's a vampire though.. and he's supposed to be someone or something, right?..
( but it didn't catch my attention).. and yes, they fell inlove with each other..
hhmm..yung lessons sa book, typical din..
hmm.. i didn't like the story well..no, not really.. nakakafrustrate..wuhehe it didn't meet my expectations..kulang sa thrill..sa suspense..kulang sa timpla.. kumbaga sa kape.. hindi siya mapait, pero hindi sweet..kulang sa lasa yung tipong ayaw mo ng ituloy na inumin..nakakainis! at mas lalong nadagdagan pa nung pinanuod ko yung movie..
haay.. andaming tinanggal.. it would have been better kung finallow nalang nila yung book..haay.. :very sad:
hindi ko na tuloy tinapos yung movie wuhehe nainis kasi ako eh..

pero baka this time, tatapusin ko na..

siguro kung tinanong ako kung sinong pipiliin ko, si edward oh si labs, bago ko nabasa yung book.. siguro si edward..wuhaha..dahil sa mga text msgs na yan..grabe, 'gang sa text sikat si edward..
pero kung tatanungin niyo ako ngayon kung sinong pipiliin ko, it woul be my labidabs.. He's a lot better than mr. edward cullen... A LOT!

then, i realized something...

ehehe.. marya, sa lahat naman ng mga books na ginagawang movie, 'di naman talaga pareho... palaging may tinatanggal o may ina-add..

sometimes hindi ang writer ang nagla-lack ng creativity.. paminsan tayong mga readers ang hindi nagiging imaginative.. 'di pinapalawak ang story sa mind..

the book/movie doesn't only concentrate on love between an immortal and mortal.. it also involves how these people face daily trials... although, sige, i will agree with you na throughout the whole book eh mostly focused sa feelings ni bella at edward.. don't you think that the book is made in such way para mas lalong ma-attract ang young people?!?!

hmmm.. at saka, don't be disappointed just yet.. stephenie meyer wrote other books besides "twilight". the twilight saga consists of 4 books; twilight, new moon, eclipse at saka breaking dawn.. maybe in one of those books, don mo makikita ang hinahanap mo.. ehehe

oh well, hopefully, you'll get the chance to read the other books... =)

twilight is a feminine movie, im xur there are only a few guys who liked the movie

first of all, "twilight" contains heavy sexual inuendos and symbolism.
there is a lot of sexual tension and frustration but those are not
directly expressed in the movie..

have you noticed that bella lives with her dad? it is shown that her
mom married another, her mom aint portrayed as wholesome family person.
anybody familiar with sigmund freuds theory? he said that the earliest
sexual frustration of girls is that they see ther mothers as rivals for
their father and knowing they cannot have sex with their father this in
turn become frustration. (pls research sigmund freud)

edward is pale (because he is a vampire), this actually is a sign of
weakness, before, paleness was a sign of bad health, this required
care, it seems he needed maternal care (which bella, as a woman
naturally is capable of giving). bella is following her maternal
instinct. edward isnt shown as the masculine hero, his body is slender.
and his clothing is more metrosexual.

--- women really arent that attracted to very masculine guys anymore,
they want sombody more feminine ryt now for companions, this is due to
the fact that gender roles have changed greatly.. so guys... its not
good to be overly macho

-- edward is emotionally weak, he may have great abilities but he falls
down when it comes to bella, again, bella's maternal instinct kicks in,
she wants to take care of her..

-- edwards comes to the rescue at the ryt time and his character
changes to a emotianally strong person when he rescued bella from the
bad guys..
women want to be protected but not controlled. edward didnt control
bella. there are times when a man has to be a man.. take charge of the
situation

-- edward's family has separate opinion of bella but finally accepts
her in the end.. this is the most common fear of women.. being
unaccepted.. and the dream, becoming one with the family..

-- edwards ability to read minds.. you don't need to be a vampire to
read minds, GIRLS can REad mindS!! they call it womens instincts..
edward is just the reflection of the woman psyche and fantasy,

-- the last part when bella was bitten... it was an analogy for sex.. pleasure and pain, intense uncontrollable feeling.

-- and finally edward cullen is not the nice guy type! he is the torpe
and suplado. bad boy effect.. guys! i really should advice against
being the good guy. u really nid to know mystery.. women like mystery

-- the prom-- the unsightly leg cast.. girls wanted to be appreciated even if they are not at their best..

-- the fight between james and edward.. girls really want to be fought over. they want ther man to fight for them....

-- thats the most observable things id seen and observed... though there are still more..


now my advice to guys..
copy edward cullen...
his deep voice, his choice of clothes and his attitude.. girls go crazy
for it.. some would not admit it.. notice how he talks slow.

as for the twilight.. reading the book still..
after that i try to watch the movie..

nakasanayan ko na yun, na basahin yung book first,, before watching the film.. kung may oras.. at available yung mga materials.. why not.. mas maa-appreciate niyo sana.. yung movie.. i-connect niyo na lang yung nabasa niyo dun sa nakita niyo sa widescreen.. kesa looking kung ano ang kulang dun sa movie na andun sa book.. so frustrating talaga pag ganun yung atitude niyo.. hahah

dun sa mga nakatulugan ang movie..lahat naman halos..
mga movie na based sa book.. ganun lagi.. may kulang..

enhance the book with your imagination na lang.. ewan.. ganun ako magbsa.. as if kasali ako sa book... isa sa mga characters.. hahah

di lahat nakukuha ng movie.. di ganun ka-detailed like sa book..

sa mga guys... just be yourself... di niyo kelangan gayahin kung sinong poncio pilato jan.. para makahanap ng bella niyo sa buhay... ulitin ko lamang.. be yourself..
